SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are constantly trying to offer you the best shipping options and the earliest possible timeframe for delivery. We usually ship out products within India in 5 -7 days of confirmation. For International orders, please allow 3 weeks for deliveries.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive communication emails via Shiprocket with the order confirmation and tracking details. For International orders, we will reach out to you regarding tracking information.
At any point, if you have questions about your order or size related queries, please send us a message on our contact page or email us – dhaagabaaz@gmail.com and we promise to answer all your queries swiftly.
Return & Exchange Policy
Let’s save up on our resources by minimizing the return & exchange of the product. We request you to go through the size chart before placing your order. We will help you with the exchange only if there is visible damage, size issues or if it is incorrectly sent from our end. If there is a visible damage when you receive the product please email or DM us a picture of it and we will get it replaced immediately.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Duties for International Orders
Customs duties, fees, or additional charges that may be charged once the product reaches the destination country will be borne by the customer. Dhaagabaaz will not be responsible for those charges and they will vary depending on the product and destination. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local customs office to know the customs duties for products in your country.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we don’t accept or initiate refunds on any Dhaagabaaz products.
